Shipping will be done through FedEx, P.O. boxes will be done via U.S. mail services.

Blackthorn K9 Manufacturing values the trust that our customers and service providers place in us when they give us personal information. We believe that privacy is more than an issue of compliance and endeavor to manage personal information in accordance with our core value of respect for the individual. Therefore, we will not release personal information to any third party at any time.

Blackthorn K9 stands behind the quality of everthing we sell and hope you’re happy with all your gear. To guarantee you’re satisfaction we will honor all returns or repairs due to manufacturing defects for one year from purchase date. After one year there may be a small shipping charge for repairs. In order to expedite your return, please call Tim @ (734)693-5325 so we can remedy any problems. We will provide complete return instructions.

Payment is due at time of ordering. We try to keep our prices competative while maintaing high quality.

In order to view your orders you must sign into your account, go to My Account, then proceed to My Orders.

To update Account Information you must login to your account, go to My Account, then either choose edit under the Account Dashboard or go to Account Information.
